The experience of being widowed is profound for most women.  There’s the initial shock and grief of being on one’s own.  There’s the shift from being part of a couple to being single which brings with it questions around identity and of fitting in.  There are the more practical questions of when and whether to stop wearing one’s wedding ring.  “Widow to Widow” is a monthly support group where women can gather to share frankly and learn from one other as they navigate this phase of life.  For any question please contact Fay Grasty  fgrasty11@gmail.com.
