A non-refundable registration fee of $105 per child is required. Please use a personal computer, tablet, or smartphone to register as many employers have firewalls that will prevent online payment from a work-related device.

If you are registering more than one child, the total amount paid will reflect the number of registrations received (1=$105, 2=$210, 3=$315).

The following medical forms must be on file in the WDS office prior to the first day of school:

• Current immunization record - NC law requires the school to have a current immunization record on file for each child. Age level immunizations must be up to date prior to entry.
• Children's Medical Report signed by a physician
• Medical or allergy action plan (if applicable)
