Vacation Bible School is a half-day camp that operates from 9am-12:30pm for children 4 years
old (by August 31st) through rising 5th graders.
Our younger campers learn stories from the Bible through music, recreation, story-telling, and
service projects. Mission Kids, our 4th and 5th graders, serve the community through various
outreach projects. Mission Kids will travel off-campus.
The non-refundable camp fee includes a t-shirt, camp bag, music cd, and morning activities. The
cost of attending is $55 per child.
Registration opens on Monday, March 2 for MPPC members and Monday, March 16 for nonmembers.
Registration will close Monday, March 23.
Please read thoroughly, as some of the volunteer opportunities have changed.
As VBS is run by volunteers, we ask that an adult from each family volunteer a minimum of one
day per child. For example, if you have two children attending, you would sign up to volunteer
for at least two days. We are so appreciative of our volunteers, and ask that you consider as
many days as your schedule allows. We appreciate and welcome four day volunteers! Designed
with our full-time working parents in mind, there is an option to help with decorations, prep, and
set-up before VBS begins.
VBS volunteer time is 8:30 am- 1pm Monday- Thursday. Childcare will be provided for children
under the age of 3 on the days that you volunteer. Children in childcare will be in a weekday
school classroom with toys and enrichment activities.
Please note that ALL volunteers will be required to have Child and Family Youth Protection
training. Certification classes will be offered before VBS begins.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
Scholarships are available. Please email for more information.
