How are you? We do not often answer this question, trying hard to pretend that emotions are not a big part of our life. We deny ourselves permission to feel and we often encourage our children to do the same. This goes against our greatest hope as a parent to have young people that are confident, kind, purposeful and able to create healthy, loving relationships. We can make this happen as we learn to identify, express and harness our feelings and teach those skills to our children. This circle will meet weekly for 7 weeks, then will meet again in January.
