Password recovery

  1. Click on “Forgot Password."
  2. Enter the email address the church has on file and your Login ID, hit “Submit.” 
  3. Return to the login screen and enter your Login ID and temporary password. 
  4. You will be asked to reset your password so you may choose your own.  The new password needs to be between 5-30 characters and contain at least one number. 

Login ID and password recovery

  1. Click “Forgot Login ID.”
  2. Enter the email address the church has on file and click “Submit.”
  3. Your ID will be emailed to you.
  4. From the login screen, click “Forgot Password.”
  5. Enter the email address the church has on file and Login ID from step 3 and click “Submit.”
  6. A temporary password will be sent to your email address.
  7. Return to the login screen and enter your Login ID and temporary password.
  8. You will be asked to reset your password so you may choose your own.  The new password needs to be between 5-30 characters and contain at least one number.
